HomeMy WebLinkAbout22-2085RESOLUTiONNO. 22-2085 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF DENTON ADOPTING THE COLE RANCHNEIGHBORHOOD PARK #1 MASTER PLAN AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Cole Ranch Neighborhood Park #1 Master Plan serves as a plan for the development of a City of Denton Park.; and WHEREAS, the Cole Ranch Neighborhood Park #1 consists of the property in the Cole Ranch Development; and WHEREAS, the Parks Board approved the Cole Ranch Neighborhood Park Number 1 Master plan and the City Council deems it in the public’s best interest to adopt the Cole RanchNeighborhood Park #1 Master Plan; NOW THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBYRESOLVES: SECTION 1. The Cole Ranch Neighborhood Park #1 Master Plan, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 3, and made a part hereof, is hereby adopted as an official park master plan of the City of Denton. SECTION 2. The attached plan shall be filed with the City Secretary. SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage and approval.
