BE IT RESOLVED BY E~TE CITY COUNCIL OF TME CITY OF D~NTON,
TEXAS,/ that in accordance with the provisions of Article 5.04
c) (t) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Denton, Texas,
that a fee for the excavation of graves in the City Cemeteries
in the amount of Thirty-five Dollars (935.00) shall be charged
for each grave opening.
PASSED AND APPROVED the 12th day of April, A.D. 1960.
