R ES o L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the term of Jack Bryson, who was heretofore
appointed to the office of City Judge by the City Council has
expi~d; and
WHEREAS, it appears that W. C. Boyd, Jr. possesses the
quali~icati, ons for said office as prescribed by Article 6,
SectiOn 6.03 (b) of th~City Charter; now therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Denton,
Texasl, that the ,said W. C. Boyd, Jr. be and he is hereby,
appoi,nted to the office of City Judge of the C~ty of Denton,
Texasl, to serve at the pleasure of tl~ City Council; and be it
I RESOLVED, that the City ,~ecretary be, and he is hereby
directed to cause a copy of this Resolution to be delivered
to the said W. C. Boyd, Jr. as a Cortificate of Appointmen*.
