WHEREA~, in the preparation of the 1959 tax roll certain
erroneous tax accounts have been discovered; and
I~E{EREAS, in order to improve the processing of accounts
unde~ the'1959 tax roll i.t is necessar7 to remove the said
erroneous accounts from the. records of the City; now therefore
iBE IT RB~0LVED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON,
TEXA~, that the Tax Assessor and Collector be and he is hereby
authorized and directed t~ remove the following accounts from
the ~959 tax roll aad that said accounts hereafter be excluded
