WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 7.21 and Section 7.22
of the Charter of the City of Denton, Texas, the Board of Equali-
zatio~ has certifie8 its approval of the Tax Assessment Rolls
for the tax year 1960; and
KEREAS, the said Tax Assessment Rolls have been returned
by the said Board of Equalization; now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON,
TEXAS~ that the Tax Assessment Rolls for the year 1960 as
approved by the Board of Equalization of said City be and the
same a~,e hereby adoDted as the Tax Assessment Rolls to be used
for cgllectlon of taxes for the year 1960.
