WHEREAS, heretofore on the 30th day of January, 1960,
the qualmfmed electorate of the Cmty of Denton authormzed the mssuance
5,200,000 O0 of revenue bonds for the purpose of mmprovmng and extendmng
the City's electrmc light and power system~ and
WItEREAS~ the Colmcll deems mt advIsable and necessary
that said bonds now be sold, and
WHEREAS, ~n compliance ~T~th the prov~s~on~ of <~ect~on
