RESOLUTION
e it known that on the 24th day of May, 1966, at
a regular meeting of the City Councal of the Caty
of Denton, Texas, there came on to be heard and
considered the matter of the executaon of a con-
tract by and between the Caty of Denton, Texas,
and the Texas ~nd Pacaf~c Ramlway Company regard-
ang the constructaon of a 21" Sanitary Sewer Lane
c~ssing at Mmle Post A-206.4, Enganeer Ch~nage
Stataon 10897 plus 98 zn the Caty of Denton, where-
on the followang proceedings were had:
It was ~oved, seconded and unanamously voted that
iWarren Whatson, Jr., Mayor, be authorazed and em-
powered to execute, on behalf of the Caty of Denton,
Texas, such contract, lacense or agreement, a copy
of which ls hereto attached, and the same be re-
corded an the M~nutes of the Caty Councal.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 24th day of May, A. D. 1966.
