RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Caty of Denton now has an operation certain
utllaty lanes and appurtenances, along Interstate
Highway No. 35E at Denton, Texas; and
W~ERE~S, the City of Denton has been requested by officials
of the ~exas Haghway Department to reroute or re-
locate such lines at the saad locataon; and
W~RE~w the City of Denton has receaved the Bureau of Publac
Roads Policy and Procedure Memorandum con-
cernlng Rexmbursements for utility Work; and
WHERE~S, the City of Denton washes to complete the work re-
quested by the State H~ghway Department an such a
manner as to be el~gable for reambursement of costs;
I hOWe therefore
BE I~ RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS,
that Zeke Martin, Mayor of the Caty of Denton, Texas,
he and he as hereby authorized to s~gn all necessary
papers in connection with the aforesaid work.
