BE IT ~SOLVED THAT THE FOLLOWING REMARKS BE ENTERED UPON THE
MINUTESOF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON~ TEXAS:
On behalf of the people of the City of Denton~ the
ayor and City Cou/%¢%l hereby publlcly express
e~r-sin~ere appreczat~on to Tom Noel for h~s
valuable publlc service as a member of the C~ty
Co~sslon of the Cxty of Denton~ Texas~ from h~s
election by the people ~n April of 1958~ through
hxs re-electlon ~n April of 1960~ until his res~-
gnatlon effectxve August 127 1961; and further
for his continued de~1cated service as a member
of the Flow Memorial Hospital Board of Managers
from April 24~ 1962~ until his resignation effec-
tive ~ep~ember 26~ 1967.
The City Council and Mayor w~sh to express their
gratitude for the t~reless and outstandlng manner
n which he has performed these and many other
ubllc servlces~ and further express their best
shes for h~s contxnued success as a community
leader~ and only regret that such a valuable
c~t~zen zs retiring from th~s ~mportant Board.
On behalf of the people he has served so well
the City Counczl and Mayor dmrect and order that
a copy of thzs Resolution be forwarded to h~m~
the said Tom Noel.
