TEXAS~ HELD IN THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING OF SAID CITY ON THE 27TI~
DAY OF FEBRUARY~ A. D. 1968.
RESOLUTION
WHEREAS~ in Denton County on State Highway 24 the
Czty of Denton has requested asszstance in
the reconstruction of the present facllzty
from Interstate Hzghway 35 East to Malone
Street, a distance of approximately 1.5
m~les; and
WHEREAS~ the State H~ghway Engineer has submitted
a proposal to the Czty of Denton for the
mprovement of said faczl~tzes, which pro-
posal zs embodied in Texas H~ghway Com-
mission M~nute Order No. 60327 passed
December 16, 1967;
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
DENTON, TEXAS:
Texas Highway Commission M~nutes Order No.
60327 passed December 16~ 1967, ~s hereby
accepted by the City of Denton~ which
agrees to fulfzll the provisions stated
therezn, and Zeke Mart~n~ Mayor ~s hereby
authorzzed to sign any and all papers sub-
mztted under the provisions of sazd Minute
Order, and necessary to the fulflllment
of the provlslons contained there~n.
