TEXAS, HELD IN THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING OF SAID CITY ON THE 3RD
DAY OF APRIL, A. D 1973.
RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the North Central Texas Council of Governments
has prepared an application to the Texas Department of Com-
munity Affairs to obtain funds for the development of a Denton
County-Hickory Creek Wastewater Treatment Management Plan, and
WHEREAS, the City of Denton has stated its desire to par-
tlclpate in the program and to share proportionately in the
local cost of the study;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that an amount of
Seven Thousand Four Hundred and No/100 ($7,400.00) Dollars
which is proportionate to the City of Denton's existing popu-
lation distribution be allocated for this purpose and be for-
warded to the North Central Texas Council of Governments.

WHEREAS, on behalf of the people of the Crty of Denton, Texas,
the Mayor and Crty Councrl desrre to publicly express

WHEREAS, Harold L Ramey has unselfrshly contrrbuted hfs trme
and effort rn an outstandrng and exemplary manner,
despite past ~llness, hosprtalrzatron and demanding
personal ~ommrttments, and
WHEREAS, Harold L. Ramey has ~ont~nually represented the crtr-
zens of Denton rna farr, rmpartral and considerate
manner, always open, receptrve and sensitive to the
needs and comments of h~s constrtuent~, and
WHEREAS, because of Mr. Ramey's contrnued Chrrst~an testimony,
and hfs d~£~gent and srneere devotron to publrc s er-
vree whr~h he performed so admrrably the Crty Council
hereby express to the sa~d Harold L. Ramey theft
grateful appre~ratron and heartfelt thanks for a ~ob

NOW, THEREFORE, on behalf of the people he has served so well, the
Mayor and Crty Councrl drrect and order that a copy
of thrs Resolution be forwarded to h~m, the sa~d
