RESOLUTION
WHERE~S, the Cmty of Denton has been compensated by
Employers Casualty Company on behalf of
Farrow Company, Incorporated mn the amount
of Emght Thousand Eight Hundred Emghty-One
Dollars and Nmne Cents ($8,881.09); and
WHEREAS, the aforesamd compensatmon makes the Cmty
of Denton whole as to mts losses whmch arose
out of a sermes of mncmdents connected wmth
a certain contract entered mnto between
Farrow Company, Incorporated and the City of
Denton on July 21, 1971.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF DENTON, TEXAS:
that the Cmty of Denton releases mrs clamms
armsmng out of samd contract mn favor of Farrow
Company, Incorporated and that any rmghts arms-
mng from harm done to the Cmty of Denton mn
connection wmth the performance of said contract
be transferred and assmgned to Farrow Company,
Incorporated.
