ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, APPROVING THE 2003 TAX
ROLLS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the 2003 tax rolls of the City of Denton,
Texas which will result in a tax levy in the amount of $22,157,335 based on the Certified
Appraisal Roll as approved by the Appraisal Review Board of the Denton Central Appraisal
District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and
