AN ORDIINANCE APPROVING THE CALENDAR YEAR 2001 ("CY2001") BUDGETS FOR
THE USE OF HOTEL TAX REVENUE BY THE GREATER DENTON ARTS COUNCIL
AND THE NORTH TEXAS STATE FAIR, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I That the CY2001 budgets for the use of hotel tax revenue by the Greater
Denton A is Council and the North Texas State Fair, attached as Exhibits A and B hereto, and
mcorpora ed by reference herein, are hereby approved, subject to the limitations contained within
each entx 's currently existing hotel tax contract with the City of Denton, Texas
SECTION II That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage
and approval
