AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, APPROVING THE 2000 TAX
ROLLS, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION 1 The City Council hereby approves the 2000 tax rolls of the City of Denton,
Texas which will result in a tax levy in the amount of $16,159,471 00 based on the Certified
Appraisal Roll as approved by the Appraisal Review Board of the Denton Central Appraisal
District
SECTION 2 This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and
approval
