1. Location: Sagebrush From Kings Row to Retama, Retama, Huisache From Yucca to
Retama
2. Proposed Date of Construction: 2/15/2018
3. Proposed Date of Completion: 5/1/2018
4. Brief Description of the Project: The City of Denton wastewater collection department
will be replacing the wastewater main due to poor condition as well as upsizing the
capacity. All service lines in poor condition will be replaced and cleanouts will be
installed at the Right of way. All manholes will either be replaced or rehabilitated.
5. Special Requirements: Please have cars moved off of the street from 7AM to 6PM
Monday-Saturday. Citizens will have limited access to driveways during construction but
will be able to get in and out.
6. Funding Source: This project is revenue funded.
7. Council District: District 2
8. Public Outreach: Door Hangers and fliers will be distributed.
