2. Proposed Date of Construction: May 21, 2018
3. Proposed Date of Completion: July 20, 2018
4. Brief Description of the Project:
These streets are reconstruction projects being done as one complete project.
This project will include:
• Utility line location to verify depth of utility lines
• Damaged concrete replacement (curb, valley gutters, driveways, etc.)
• Removal of seven inches of asphalt(milling process)
• Stabilization of subgrade
• Seven inch asphalt installation
The Sagebrush Street project is a combination of our bond program and O&M program.
The work is being completed by City of Denton Street department crews. Due to the
deteriorating condition of the asphalt and subgrade, the streets are in need of
reconstruction. Residents are advised to refrain from parking in the street while workers
are present unless otherwise advised. The City of Denton will not be responsible for re-
painting addresses or logos on curbs within the right of way.
5. Special Requirements: "No Parking" on street. Detours will be provided.
Sod is the homeowner's responsibility to irrigate.

2014 Bond Program & O&M Budget/Estimated Cost for Project - $292,506.24
