1. Location: Malone Street (Scripture St. to W. University Dr.)

4. Brief Description of the Project:
• Utility line location to verify depth of utility lines
• Valley Gutter replacement when needed
• Base failure repair
• Removal of three inches of asphalt(milling process)
• Three inch asphalt installation
The Malone Street project is part of our O&M Program and is being contracted out to
Jagoe-Public. Due to the deteriorating condition of the asphalt and new utility line
installation, the street is in need of maintenance. This project is a series of temporary lane
closures in which traffic will be reduced to one lane traffic in each direction. Residents
are advised to refrain from parking in the street while workers are present unless
otherwise advised. The City of Denton will not be responsible for re-painting addresses
or logos on curbs within the right of way. Please report all irrigation issues within 60
days of the project's completion.
5. Special Requirements: "No Parking" on street. Detours will be provided.
Sod is the homeowner's responsibility to irrigate.

O&M Budget/Estimated Cost for Project - $571,765.45
