CITY OF DENTON CITY COUNCIL MINUTES
April 4, 2016
The Denton Fire Fighters Association hosted a Denton City Council Candidates Forum on
Monday, April 4, 2016 at the Denton Public Safety Training Center, Classroom A, 719 E. Hickory,
Denton, Texas. A Meet and Greet began at 5:30 p.m. with the forum starting at 6:00 p.m.
The following Council Members participated in or attended the forum: Mayor Watts; Mayor Pro
Tem Gregory; Council Member Johnson and Council Member Briggs.
The forum included a discussion of various issues of City business relevant to the candidates for
City Council offices.
