March 28, 2016
The Denia Area Community Group hosted a Denton City Council Candidates Forum on Monday,
March 28, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. in the Denia Recreation Center, 1001 Parvin Street, Denton, Texas.
The following Council Members participated in or attended the forum: Mayor Watts; Mayor Pro
Tem Gregory; Council Member Johnson; Council Member Hawkins; and Council Member Briggs.
The forum included a discussion of various issues of City business relevant to the candidates for
City Council offices.
