City Attorney Leal advised the City was unable to approve an SUP with stipulations that waive fees. Council Member Briggs offered a friendly amendment to approve as presented with the following stipulation: • Staff schedule a work session to address possible CDGB funding and consider installation of sidewaiks. Council Member Armintor accepted the friendly amendment. Amended motion carried.
