McKinney Street, Denton, Texas. PRESENT: Mayor Pro Tem Gerard Hudspeth and Council Members Jesse Davis, Jahn Ryan, Deb Armintor, and Paul Meltzer ABSENT: Mayor Chris Watts and Council Member Keely Briggs Also present were City Manager Todd Hileman and City Attorney Aaron Leal.
