Council Member Ttoden distributed copies of the list of topics and issues to explore �enerated
fronl the last meeting.
Roden asked iithere were any items to add or delete fronn the list. Roden stated that after the
full Council reviewed ihe list, tl7e commzttee cotild then vet each itein while consulting with
staff regarding the timeline to addi°ess the items.
City Mana�er Gear�e Crunpbell siated some of the items we�°e labor intensive for staff and
may alter their current warlc plans.
The coininittee held a disc�ission i°egarding the topics o�i the list. The Commitlee had no
further recommezidations ar deletians. Campbell stated tliat if the entire list were presented to
Cottncil that it woulcl be helpfitl for the comitlittee to provide a shart description ofthe item
and the committee°s interest ta detei°mine if'the items were importalxt to the entire Council.
Topic descriptions were assi6neci to each member �f the camtn.ittee.

Slie outliiled the curi°ent progra anci tlie propased changes which were scheduled to be
pz°csented to the entire City Counc.tl after the fii•st of the year.
The com ittee disctissed the detaxls of the application pi°ocess.
