Description of Properties
in Proposed West Oak Area Historic District
Proposed district includes 89 houses on 92 lots, consisting of approximately 52.01 acres.
Boundaries are:
1) West Oak Street from 1702 West Oak to 2280 on the north, and 1707 to 2245
on the south. This is roughly from Jagoe/Ave. C to Thomas, plus 3 lots.
2) Marietta Street from 209 to 404. This is from West Oak to the intersection with
Houston Place.
3) Houston Place from 2015 to 2232. This is from Bradley to Thomas. It includes
11 non-contributing houses.
4) Alamo Place from 2224-2234. This is the entire cul-de-sac.
