☐ 1.4.5 Site data table containing all of the applicable information shown on the attached Sample
Data Table.
☐ 1.4.6 Location and dimension of existing and proposed easements
☐ 1.4.7 Location and dimension of existing and proposed structures, fences, gates, retaining
walls, loading areas and ramps, parking areas, drive aisles, signs, any subsurface
structures, and landscape areas
☐ 1.4.8 Areas of vehicular and pedestrian access to all contiguous properties and right-of-way
☐ 1.4.9 Existing and proposed parking, queuing lanes, drive aisles, and sidewalks. Specify
parking stall dimensions, ADA accessible parking locations and access routes
