Deborah Cosimo 1109 Bolivar Street Denton 21-2342 Support Online Please approve a Sixteenth Order of Council, effect1ve through Nov. 30, 2021, We: still need a mask
ordinance to mitigate spread of Covid. Although infection numbers are dropping, active cases ace
significantly higher (2,217 cases on 10/22/2021). than they were when the mask ordinance first went into
place (%6 cases on 8/12/20:11).
Bonnie Friedman 1914 W Oak Street Denton 21-2342 Support In Person Addressed the mask ordinance for those that don't have famdy members that work in a hospital or don't
have access to a hospital. The pandemic can seem very imaginary and the amount of illnesses. As a
community people have very few tools for dealing with the pandemic but the ones that are current1y in
place seem to be pretty effective. Voiced concerns about long term COVID which is known very little
about and can effect children as well as adults. Should be cautious when removing the safety guards that
help the commun~ty. Stated each time Council removes the mask mandate citizens are less compliant.
Thanked Council for their time and knows that they will do what is best for the community.
