WHEREAS, Riley Webb is a Texan and a native of Denton, Texas; and
WHEREAS, Riley Webb was crowned World Champion Tie-Down Roper on December 16,
2023,at the National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas,Nevada setting a new regular
season earnings record; and
WHEREAS, Riley Webb serves as an inspiration to local youth with big rodeo dreams;and
WHEREAS, Riley Webb is to be commended for an exciting, hard-fought, and successful
year.
NOW,THEREFORE, I,Gerard Hudspeth, Mayor of the City of Denton, Texas, do hereby declare and
