B.Fleet Management is dedicated to implementing all recommendations from the audit conducted in 2023.Out of the 21
recommendations,19 have been either completed or are currently in progress.Recognizing the potential risks identified
in the audit,an aggressive follow-up timeline was implemented to keep progress at the forefront.For the remaining three
(3)recommendations,a plan is in place for their implementation.Additionally,the department acknowledges the
importance of more frequent check-ins with Internal Audit to ensure that all recommendations are effectively met.

are also described in Denton's Affordable Housing Strategic Toolkit.

2.Proposed Percentage Allocation to Activities:The percentage of bond funds allocated to each activity,which is
presented for Council's input and direction.
Additionally,the next steps include returning to the Council via an Informal Staff Report on the propose a path and
timeline based on the Council's direction and Council meetings for consideration of the different program approvals for
adoption.
