Kristen Murietta
Kristen Murietta will graduate from the
VN
Distinguished Achievement High school program
at Guyer High School with a 4.6 GPA, and an SAT of 1650.
Kristen is a Student Council member and a member of the National
Honor Society. She is class officer-Treasurer.
Kristen will be attending Texas Woman's University where he/she will
major in Psychology. She is the daughter Gloria Mares.
Every year LULAC has a booth at the Denton Downtown Festival of
Lights where we sell tamales. This scholarship comes from the funds
raised at this event in conjunction with the matching funds from
National LULAC. Presenting a LULAC Honors Scholarship award is Dr.
Claudia Sanchez in the amount of $750.00.
