11/18/24 Council Member Beck Consent AO 24-2297 If the transformers are EOL and thus we are surplusing them,will any contract allow their Five of the transformers are no longer compatible with DME's current system transmission voltage of 138kV.Therefore,they could not be
use within the DIME distribution grid,and if so,is that compatible with our designation of connected to DME's system.Two remaining units could be relocated and energized,however,DIME has already designated a separate
6 them as EOL/surplus? transformer as a spare,pending the arrival of 2 new 138kV power transformers sometime next year.Therefore,the two remaining transformers in
question are EOL/surplus.Lastly,DME will be preparing a separate bill of sale agenda item for December in which five of these transformers will
be proposed to be sold to Core Scientific,Inc.at a more competitive price than was proposed in the Invitation for Bid solicitation.
11/18/24 Council Member Beck Consent S,T,U,V,W,X 24-2205, Are any of the parcels in question planning to sub-divide into multiple SFH parcels?Is that Staff is not aware of any plans for these properties to subdivide but the NAA terms do allow for subdivision to parcels of at least five acres.These
,Y 244_22006, permitted under the NAA terms? properties must follow City regulations and any subdividing would have to go through the City's development process.The intent is for these
properties to continue as a farm and ranch related uses.
