as follows:
BEGINNING at a 3/8 inch Iron rod found for the southeasterly comer of Ronald McDonald Addition an addition to the Town of Hickory
Creek according to the plat recorded in Cabinet N, Slide 168 of the Map Records of Denton County, Texas, said iron rod being in the
southwesterly right of way line of Stemmons Freeway (IN 35-E) (variable width right of way), said Iron rod also being the beginning of
a curve to the right having a radius of 5579.60 feet, a chord bearing of South 34 degrees 39 minutes 46 seconds East and a chord
length of 111.96 feet;
THENCE along the Southwesterly right of way line of sold Stemmons Freeway (IN 35-E) and along sold curve to the right through a
central angle of 01 degrees 08 minutes 59 seconds for on arc length of 111.97 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod set with red plastic cop

in any way endanger or interfere with the construction, construction maintenance, or efficiency of
