East, a total distance of 1188.23 feet with the west line of said Egbert tract and with the west line of that certain

2009-45900, Real Property Records, Denton County, Texas to an Iron rod found for comer, said point being the
northeast corner of that certain tract of land conveyed by deed from Lod Ann Luxon to Russell Kelly and wife,

THENCE N 880 48' 00" W, 568.47 feet with the north line of said Kelly tract to a fence comer for comer, sold
point being the southeast comer of said Carey tract;
THENCE N 01 ° 29' 38' E, pass at 1166.27 feet an Iron rod set for said proposed south line of said Hickory Hill
Road East, a total distance of 1188.23 feet with the east line of said Carey tract to the PLACE OF BEGINNING
and containing 15.455 acres of land, of which 0.410 acre Is hereby dedicated for public roadway.
NOW "THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT WE, the aforesaid do hereby adopt this
plat designating the herein above tract as LOTS 9 AND 2, BLOCK A, HiCKORY HiLL ARABiAN FARM
ADDITION, an addition to the Town of Argyle, Denton County, Texas, and do hereby dedicate to the public use forever
all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements, rights -of -way and public places thereon shown for
the purposes and consideration therein expressed. Any franchised public utility, Including the Town of Argyle,
shall have the full right to remove and keep removed all or part of any building, fences, trees, shrubs or other
growths or improvements which in any way endanger or interfere with the construction, maintenance, or
efficiency of Its respective system on any of the easements shown on the plat. Any franchised utility, including the
Town of Argyle, shall have the right at all time of Ingress and egress to and from and upon said easements for
the purpose of constricting, reconstructing, Inspection, patrol, maintaining and adding to or removing all or part of
Its respective systems without the necessity at anytime of procuring the permission of anyone.
