BEGINNING at a 5/8" rebor found at the southeast corner of said Lovett tract, being the intersection of
the west line of Woody Trail and the north line of Hickory Lane;
THENCE S 89.27'41` W, 159.90 feet, along the north line of Hickory Lane and the south line of sold Lovett
tract, to a sixty penny nail in a tree found at the southwest comer thereof, being the southeast comer
of that certain called 1.593 acre tract of land described in deed to Robert L. Payne and Kelly A. Payne
recorded in Clerk's File Number 04-0101142 of the Real Property Records of Denton County, Texas;
