of a called 13.93 acre tract of land described in a deed as "Tract I" and recorded in Instrument Number 2015-2997, Real Property Records, Denton County, Texas, the subject tract being
more particularly described as follows;
BEGINNING at a capped iron rod found stamped "KAZ" on the North right-of-way line of Hardeman Boulevard for the Southeast comer of the herein described tract, the Southeast corner of
said 13.93 acre tract and the Southwest corner of a called 2.73 acre tract of land described in a deed as "Tract 1" to Barthold Estates, LTD, as recorded in Instrument Number 2008-82352 of
said Real Property Records, said corner being in a curve to the right having a radius of 370.00 feet and a chord bearing and distance of South 74 degrees 25 minutes 31 seconds West,
