WHEREAS, EDMOND S. BRIGHT and BETH I. BRIGHT are the owners of all that certain tract
of lard situated in the B.B.B. & C Railroad Company Survey Abstract Number 153, City
of Corinth, Denton County, Texas and being a part of the called 3.018 acre tract
described in the deed from William Petty et ux to Edmond S. Bright et ux recorded in
volume '771, Page 920 of the Deed Records of Denton County, Texas; the subject tract
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING for the Northeast corner of the tract being described herein, at a 1/2 inch
iron rod found at the most Northern Northeast corner of the 3.018 acre tract: in the
South line Of Fart to Market Highway 2181 and being the Northwest corner of the
called 2.00 acre tract described in the deed from Rita Jean Harvell to Edmond S.
Bright et ux recorded in Volume 1514, Page 948 of the said Deed Records;
THENCE South 02 Degrees 51 Minutes 06 Seconds West with the west line of the 2.00
acre tract a distance of 512.41 feet a 1/2 inch iron rod set for the Southwest corner
thereof and the Southwest corner of the called 0.156 acre Tract II as described in
the deed from James E. Bright et ux to Frank Tracey Buxton et al recorded under
Clerk's File Number: 93-081120 of the Real Property Records of Denton County, and
being in the North line of the called 0.994 acre Tract I as described in the same
Deed;
THENCE North 88 Degrees 01 Minutes 50 Seconds West with the North li.ne of the 0.994
acre Tract .I a distance Of 128.`77 feet to a wooden fence post at the Northwest corner
thereof in the french on the West line of the said 3.108 acre Bright tract;
THENCE North 07 Degrees 37 Minutes 10 Seconds West (Bearing Basis) along a fence with
the West line of the 3.018 acre Bright tract a distance of 510.17 feet to a 1 inch
iron pipe found at a fence corner for the Northwest corner thereof in the South line
F.M. Highway 21,81;
THENCE Easterly with the North line of the 3.018 acre Bright tract. along the South
line of F.M. Highway 2181, the following 3 calls:
1. North 89 Degrees 15 Minutes 39 Seconds East a distance of 43.17 feet: to a wood
Right -of -Way post;
2. North 86 Degrees 18 Minutes 20 Seconds East a distance of 102.09 feet to a
wood Right -of: -way post;
3. South 87 Degrees 25 Minutes 27 Seconds East a distance of '76,80 feet to the
,PLAC'E OF BEGINNING and enclosing 2.053 acres of land.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALI, MEN BY THESE PRESENTS
