being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows (bearings are based on State Plane Coordinate

BEGINNING at a Concrete Monument found for the northwest comer of said Tract Two and the herein described
tract;
THENCE with the perimeter and to the corners of said Gornick tract, the following calls:
1. South 87 degrees 21 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 780.34 feet to a 1/2 inch rebar with pink plastic cap
