WHEREAS Kenneth L. Peterson and Vicki L. Peterson is the owner of all that certain tract of land situated in the
R.Bebee Survey, Abstract, Number 29, Denton County, Texas and a resurvey of all of a tailed 9.635 acre tract described
in the Deed to Kenneth L. Peterson and Vicki L. Peterson recorded in Clerk's File # 97-'IR0052068 of the Real Property
Records of Denton County, Texas; the subject tract being more particularly described as follows:,
BEGINNING at a 1/2' capped iron rod set for corner at the Northeast corner of the tract being described herein and
being the Northeast corner of said 9,635 acre tract on the South side of a road under apparent public use posted as
Lake Ray Roberts Road;
THENCE South 00 Degree 04 Minutes 42 Seconds East a distance of 687.97 feet to a 1/2" iron rod found for corner at
the Northeast corner of Replat Lot 3, Block One Muir -Switzer Addition, an Addition in Denton County according to the
Plat thereof recorded in Cabinet M, Page 75 of the Plat Records of Denton County, Texas;
THENCE North 88 Degrees 56 Minutes 60 Seconds West with the North line of said Addition a distance of 609,69-feet to
a 1/2" capped iron rod'set forcorner at the Southeast corner of a called 9.00 acre tract of land described in the Deed to
Robert C. Carroll et ux recorded in Volume 1521, Page 441 of the Real Property Records of Denton County, Texas;
THENCE North 00 Degree 10 Minutes 00 Seconds West a distance of 688.010 feet to a 1/2" capped iron rod set for
corner at the± Northeast comer of said 9,00 acre tract on the South side of said road;
THENCE South 88 Degrees 56 Minutes 47 Seconds East a distance of 610.75 to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
enclosing 9,636 acres of land more or less.
Now, therefore, know all men by these presents:
That Kenneth L. Peterson and Vicki L. Peterson do hereby adopt this Plat designating herein described property as
