AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, APPROVING THE 1999 TAX
ROLLS, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION 1 That the City Council hereby approves the 1999 tax rolls of the City of
Denton, Texas which will result in a tax levy in the amount of $12,872,072 81 based on the
Certified Apprmsal Roll as approved by the Appraisal Review Board of the Denton Central
Appraisal District
SECTION 2 That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage
and approval
