PARKING ON THE NORTH SIDE OF MULBERRY STREET FROM ITS INTERSECTION
WITH ELM STREET TO ITS INTERSECTION WITH LOCUST STREET FROM 8 00 A M -
5 00 PM MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE,
PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE, PROVIDING A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED
TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
~ On the north sade of Mulberry Street from its ~ntersectlon w~th Ehn Street
to ~ts intersection w~th Locust Street all parkmg from 8 00 a m to 5 00 p m on Monday through
Friday shall be hm~ted to no longer than two hours
~ That all prowsmns of the ordinances of the C~ty of Denton ~n conflict
w~th the provlsaons of ttus ordmance are hereby repealed, and all other prowsaons of the
ordinances of the C~ty of Denton, not m eonfl~et w~th the provisions of th~s ordinance, shall
remain m full force and effect
~ That ~fany prowsmn ofth~s ordinance or apphcat~on thereof to any person
or c~rcumstance is held ~nvalld, such ~nvallchty shall not affect the other prows~ons or
apphcatmns, and to th~s end the prowsmns of th~s ordmance are severable
TI~S._F~C, LT.!_Q]S~ Any person adjudged guilty of parkmg a vehicle ~n wolatmn of th~s
ordinance shall be guilty of a m~sdemeanor and pumshed by a fine not to exceed Two Hundred
Dollars ($200 00)

date of ~ts passage, and the City Secretary as hereby d~rected to cause the captaon of th~s
ordinance to be pubhshed twine m the Denton Record-Chromcle, the officaal newspaper of the
C~ty of Denton, Texas, wahm ten (10) days of the date or,ts passage
