Street Closure: North Bell Avenue Jan. 10-24
DENTON, TX,Jan. 6, 2017—Beginning Jan. 10, the City will close North Bell Avenue
between Texas Street and East University Drive for utilities improvements and to install a new
crosswalk. Weather permitting, the street will reopen Jan. 24.
Detour signs will be mounted to direct vehicular traffic around construction. Drivers are
reminded to use caution and heed traffic signs when driving through construction areas. The
week prior to construction, message boards were placed to notify drivers of the upcoming road
closure.
