Choice of Law and Venue This agreement shall be governed by the law of the State of Texas and venue for its construction and enforcement shall lie in the couMts of Denton County, Texas. The policy will include bodily injury end property damage liability arising out of the operation, maintenance and use of all automobiles and mobile equipment used in conjunction with this contract.
