AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANGER TO EXECUTE AN
AMENDMENT TO THE COMMERCIAL OPERATOR AIRPORT LEASE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS AND BRUCE BROWN
WHICH WAS ASSIGNED PER RESOLUTION NO R97-015 TO DWAYNE E
HATCHER AND DAVID W. AUSTIN TO ALLOW FOR REFINANCING OF THE
IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN SUCH LEASE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS'
~ That the City Manager is authorized to execute an amendment to the
commercial operator mrport lease agreement between the City of Denton, Texas and Ball Brown,
which was assigned per Resolution No R97-015 to Dwayne E Hatcher and David W Austin to
allow for refinancing of the ~mprovements w~thm such lease, under the terms and con&t~ons
contained w~thm the amendment, whtch ~s attached hereto and made a part hereof
SECTION II That th~s ordinance shall become effecUve immediately upon its passage
and approval
