1997-229 ORDINANCE NO qT-~ q AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH THE DENCO 9-1-1 DISTRICT RELATING TO PARTICIPATION IN VARIOUS CITY OF DENTON CONTRACTS WHICH PROVIDE FOR THE PURCHASE OF VARIOUS GOODS AND SERVICES, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS SEI2[TION I. That the Mayor ~s hereby authorized to execute an Interlocal Agreement w~th Denco 9-1-1 D~stnct relating to part~c~patton ~n various C~ty of Denton contracts whmh provide for the purchase of various goods and services, a copy of such agreement ~s attached hereto and ~ncorporated by reference S~CTION II. This agreement, which terminates as of its effective date, all prior agreements, written or ~1 between the parties concerning the same services/materials, shall become effective on. , 1997, and shall continue in full force and effect thereafter until term~ated by either party on thirty (30) days written notice to the other III.
