SUBJECT CHANGE ORDER NUMBER ONE FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT
W/TH APPLICATION CONTROL ENGINEERING IN THE AMOUNT OF $28,500 00
RECOMMENDATION. We recommend change order number one reflected m purchase order 77189 to
Application Control Engineering be approved m the amount of $28,500 00
SUMMARY' On June 3, 1997 the Council approved a contract with Application Control Engineering in
the amount of $22,500 00 for engmeenng services to automate the SCADA System at the Pecan Creek Water
Reclamation Treatment Plant (Ordinance No 97-152)
This change order will add the engineering services and design of an early storm water warning system and
storm water momtormg system to the existing contract
Public Utility Board recommends approval

~ Funds to pay for this change order will be taken from a combination of 1996/97 budget
