AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE ON BEHALF OF
THE CITY OF DENTON A 15' SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF CORINTH THE RIGHT TO USE 0444 ACRE OF THE ABANDONED RAILROAD
RIGHT-OF-WAY TO BE USED FOR THE DENTON BRANCH RAIL/TRAILS PROJECT
FOR TIlE CONSTRUCTION OF A SANITARY SEWER WITHIN THE CITY OF CORINTH
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDA1NS
SECTION I That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute on the behalf of the
City of Denton, a 15' sanitary sewer easement conveying to the City of Connth the right to use
0444 acre of the abandoned railroad right-of-way to be used for the Denton Branch Rads/Trads
Project for the construction of a sanitary sewer within the City of Corinth, a copy of such
easement being attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes
SECTION II That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage
and approval
