AN ORDINANCE ESTikBLISHING FEES TO BE CH3kRGED BY THE DENTON
MUNICIPAL LABORATORY FOR COLIFORM BACTERIOLOGICAL ANALYSES,
PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I That the Denton Munlczpal Laboratory shall charge
the following fees for coliform bacterlologzcal testing of
individual, private and public water systems
For water system compliance testing
(Presence/Absence) $15
For total coliform (most probable number) $35
For fecal coliform (membrane filter) $25
SECTION II That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
force when the provisions of this ordinance become effective which
are inconsistent or in conflict w~th the terms or provisions
contained in this ordInance are hereby repealed to the extent of
any such conflict
SECTION III That th~s ordinance shall become effectzve
~mmedlately upon its passage and approval
