AI~ ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO THAT FIRST
AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH RESOURCE
MANAGEMENT INTERNATIONAL, INC ("RMI"), AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
S CTI~ That the Actmng Cmty Manager ms hereby authorized
to enter into an amendment to the professional servmces agreement
wzth Resource Management Internatmonal, Inc ("RMI"), dated
December 1, 1995 mn substantially the form of the attached
amendment to mncrease the contract by Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000) to Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000), for additional
servmces to be performed by RMI and makmng certain changes
requested by RMI and other Insubstantial changes to the ormglnal
agreement
SECTION II That the expendmture of funds as outlined mn the
agreement ms hereby authorized
SECTION III That this ordmnance shall become effective
mmmedmately upon mts passage and approval
