ORDINANCE NO. ~
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR THE
RENAMING OF UNDERWOOD ROAD TO WESTCOURT ROAD; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS.
~ That the street officially designated as Underwood
Road, being a public street connecting Airport Road to Sprlngslde
Road as illustrated in the attached Exhibit "A", which is incorpo-
rated and made a part hereof, is renamed to Westcourt Road.
SECTION II. That the Director of Plannlng and Development is
directed to amend the official map of the City of Denton to reflect
the change in the street name as provided herein.

immediately upon its passage and approval
