AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE
95-01~ BY APPROVING A REVISED DETAIL PLAN FOR THE PLANNED DEVELOP-
MENT %55 (PD 155) ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION AND USE DESIGNA-
TION, iA 4 91 ACRE TRACT LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF TEASLEY LANE,
ACROS~ FROM SAM HOUSTON SCHOOL, PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY IN THE
MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF $2,000 FOR VIOLATIONS OF THIS ORDINANCE, AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
~HEREAS, Rick Moore has applied for a zonang amendment for a
4 91 acre tract of land located on the north sade of Teasley Lane,
acros~ from Sam Houston School, by amending the detail plan for
Planned Development District 155 (PD 155), and
WHEREAS, on June 12, 1996, the Planning and Zonang Commission
recommended approval of the requested change an zoning, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the change an zonang wall
be lnlcompllance with the Denton Development Plan, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I That Ordinance 95-018, which established a zoning
district classification and use deslgnataon of Planned Development
District 155 (PD 155) for 4 91 acres of land as hereby amended by
approving a new detail plan, attached hereto and ancorporated by
reference herein as Exhibit 1
SECTION II That the provisions of this ordinance govern and
control over any conflicting provlsaon within Ordanance 95-018
SECTION III That a copy of thas ordinance shall be attached
to Ordinance 95-018, showing the amendment herein approved
~ECTION IV That any person vlolatang any provision of thas
ordanance shall, upon convactaon, be faned a sum not exceedang
$2,00Q 00 Each day that a provision of this ordinance is v~olated
shall|constitute a separate and distinct offense
SECTION V That this ordinance shall become effectave four-
teen (14) days from the date of its passage, and the Caty Secretary
as hereby directed to cause the caption of this ordinance to be
publaDhed twice in the Denton Record-Chronacle, the official news-
paperlof the City of Denton, Texas, wathan ten (10) days of the
