AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN EASEMENT ON
BEHALFiOF LONE STAR GAS COMPANY TO PROVIDE NATURAL GAS DISTRIBUTION
LINES AT THE DENTON MUNICIPAL AIRPORT, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS:
~ I. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute an easement on behalf of Lone Star Gas Company to provide
natural gas distribution lines at the Denton Municipal Airport, a
copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference
here~n.
~ That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and approval.
